01 The game
OUTSIDEMAXXING is a location game. Drops are small amounts of SOL attached to public places. Whether a catch is accepted is decided by the rules published on the docs page, which may change; the rules in force are always published at /api/vault.
02 Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and allowed to take part under the laws where you live and where you play. You are responsible for knowing those laws.
03 Safety
Only play in public places you are allowed to be in. Do not trespass, enter roads or water, or put yourself or others at risk. No drop is worth it. You play at your own risk.
04 Fair play
Spoofing your location, automating catches, running multiple accounts or devices to multiply opens, or reusing photos is cheating. Prizes won by cheating are refused or withheld, and the wallets, devices and networks involved may be excluded.
05 Payouts
Payouts depend on the treasury balance and the hourly budget and are not guaranteed. Prizes come out of a daily budget; a prize can be trimmed when the budget runs low, delayed (ripening) or withheld if it breaks the rules. Results are decided by the provably fair roll described on the Fair page. Payouts are sent to the address you provide; a wrong address cannot be corrected.
06 $OUTSIDE
$OUTSIDE is a meme token. It is not a share, security or investment in OUTSIDEMAXXING and gives no claim on revenue, profits, the treasury or any assets. The split of creator fees (prize treasury and buyback & burn) described on the docs page is how we run the project, not a promise of returns; it may change, and any change is published there first. Nothing on this site is financial advice.
07 Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost opportunities or anything that happens while you are outside.
